  2. I had been having a problem setting up a webcam on my old 2003 computer and had various engineers look at it, but they could not get the sound. I finally got that settled and then lost the sound from my computer. I was very frustrated and then someone mentioned David Brockwell. I emailed him and when he visited me he found the problem within minutes!!! So I am very impressed with him, his personality shines through and he is very competent and so helpful. I will certainly recommend him to all my friends and will call on him in the future when required.

  4. 5/3/11 The wightclick response to my call was immediate. The service was impressive. There is no doubt that David Brockwell is an expert in this field and throughout the two-hour visit he, not only, resolved the problems with the computer but gave me so much helpful advice. He encouraged me to call or email him with any subsequent queries and this I did on two occasions. Each time I received helpful and informative emails with step-by-step instructions. Wightclick will certainly get all my computer work in the future. Thank you David.

  5. I had David out on 18/12. He battled his way through the snow and took time to tidy up what was mess caused by viruses and other so called computer consultants repairs. I was very impressed with the service and it has made a great difference to my machine. As for costs, amazing value. I wiill certainly use the service in the future

PHONE SCAM ALERT

There is a phone scam going around at the moment that i think you should know about because some of my customers have fell for this. What happens is you receive a phone call from a call center in India claiming to be part of Microsoft, they say there is something wrong with your computer eg. you have a virus or files broken. They get you to go to the computer which from there they get you to go through some stuff so they can control it from there end, they then show you what looks like errors but its fake this is just to make you think there really is something wrong and get you to pay to fix it. One of my customers paid £60 the other £80 and they tried to take well over £500 more.

Put the phone down on them it all sounds official and even their website but its not. If you are unsure if a phone call is legit you can always call us first.
